We are proud to announce the Livingston Parish Clerk of Court has implemented e-recording as of July 22, 2019.  E-recording reduces the timeframe for both you the consumer and our office as well.  There are two companies that provide the e-recording services to our office.  If you would like to contact them for additional information, please see their contact information below.

E-recording programs cannot receive any plats larger than 8.5” x 14” (legal size).  If you have plats larger than legal size, you must continue to either hand deliver or overnight them to our office.
