Livingston Parish Criminal Record Checks

Upon request, the Livingston Parish Clerk of Court’s Office performs criminal record checks from the case management system and files of the Livingston Parish Courthouse.  The records reported will be from this court only, and will exclusively include the defendant’s docket number(s), offense(s), and a brief description of the disposition(s).  You will receive a certified affidavit with the record check results and, if no records were found, the certified affidavit will be returned to you with that stated.

To request a record check, please complete the Livingston Parish Criminal Record Check Request Form and return it to the Livingston Parish Clerk of Court’s Office with a check or money order in the amount of $20.00.
