ATTENTION: Beginning January 1, 2026, as provided in Louisiana Code of Criminal Procedure 14.1, all filings filed by an attorney shall only be filed in person in paper form or e-filed to us following the PROCEDURES FOR ELECTRONIC FILING AND STORAGE OF PLEADINGS provided by the Louisiana Clerks’ Remote Access Authority. Our office will no longer be able to accept criminal/traffic filings from attorneys via facsimile, US mail or any commercial carrier such as FedEx and UPS.

NOTE: All bond reductions and 701’s must be filed by noon on Wednesdays to be on the docket for the following week.
