Exact fees will be determined at the time of billing. These tables are published only as a guide to assist you in estimating costs. General Notes No civil pleadings will be filed or service perfected without an advance deposit. To receive certified copies of judgments, all outstanding court costs must be paid. All outstanding court costs must be paid before a suit is dismissed. Conformed copies are $3.00 if you furnish the copy to be conformed. Certified copies are $5.00 for the certification plus $1.00 per page Fax Filing Transmission Fee - first page is $5.00; each additional page is $1.00 All requests for subpoenas must be in writing and must be accompanied by the appropriate advance deposit of costs. Fees on this page are Advance Deposit Civil Filing Fees; they are separate and distinct from Recording Fees.  Fees for recording documents (for example, a Judgment of Possession) in the Mortgage and/or Conveyance records are payable at the time of recordation.  Please click Recording Fees on the menu for guidance.
